Virtual Schools and distance learning has come along way as far as quality, reputation and technological advances go. That does not mean that public perception has changed along with it quite yet. While many employers see the benefits of online study and recognize the diplomas and education earned some old school employers still see “Diploma Mill” certificates that mean nothing to them. They feel that brick and mortar schools are the only way and disregard online learning.
